Notes:

1. Using Jabber is preferred. The other protocols are going through the family Jabber server anyway.
2. I am no longer running the ICQ or Yahoo! transports on the family Jabber server.
3. ICQ was a pain because there were a lot of spammers, and other people who just wanted to “chat”. Basically it was a big waste of my time.
4. The MSN transport is there simply because there's a Debian package for pymsnt.
